Smoking on the property is prohibited, except in the designated areas. Children under age 15 are allowed on the premises strictly with adult supervision. Customers can bring no food and/or beverages with them except those who are renting the cottages.
Privacy: We will not sell, rent or otherwise make available to any third-party any of your personal information except as required to do so by the Republic of Armenia law or by the order any other regulatory body. Your personal data (name, e-mail address, mobile number and other information) provided via booking through zipwine.am site, is strictly protected and will be used only by ZipWine to improve the quality of the service and collect statistics. The company may also use your contact details for marketing objectives. You may choose to unsubscribe from electronic updates anytime.
Safety: Byurakan ZipWine places great importance on the safety of its guests and ensures that its high standards are met by all visitors of the site. Each visitor shall have a personal one day insurance provided by one of the established Armenia insurance company.
Waiver form: Upon arrival at the ZipWine resort, all participants will be asked to thoroughly read and then sign a Participation Waiver. Unless the Participation Waiver is duly completed and signed, Participants will not be permitted to participate in the activities.
Baggage & other belongings: Visitors may not participate in physical activities tours along with personal items (such as mobiles phones, laptop or tablet devices, handbags, backpacks) as these may be dropped or otherwise be lost. Byurakan ZipWine is not responsible for any items lost.
Prices: All prices stated are in AMD and include all applicable taxes. Prices are valid at the date of publication but are subject to change.
Age: There is no age limit. Participants under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian properly authorized to agree to these terms and/or sign the Participation Waiver on that minor's behalf.
Photo and video materials: During the visits, representatives of Byurakan ZipWine resort may make video and/or photographic recordings that may include the Visitor’s voice and/or image. Visitors agree that any and all such recordings will be the sole and exclusive property of Byurakan ZipWine and the latter is authorized to use such recordings or photography in any manner it so chooses without any further agreement by the Visitor.
Jurisdiction: These Terms and the Waiver Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Republic of Armenia law. The Visitor agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia with respect to any claim or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Waiver Form.
